Location

The Bucket is situated in the sleepy village of St Lawrence Bay and is just a few minutes’ walk from the river front and the Blackwater Estuary.  St Lawrence is host to two local pubs, The Stone and St Lawrence Inn and Aarons Café.  There is a Post Office and local convenience store.  The Blackwater Estuary provides an excellent location for water sports and home to The Stone Water Sports Club and The Stone Sailing Club.

The Bucket is conveniently situated between Maldon and Burnham-On-Crouch.  The Historic market Town of Maldon hosts a selection of shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants.  It is also home to the famous Promenade Park and the Old Thames Sailing Barges and is a hive of activity.  Burnham-On-Crouch is a popular sailing village, with local shops and restaurants and even has its own independent cinema.
